TAG reviews the operating use of a client’s truck fleet to determine optimum fleet levels. Typically, a client’s truck fleet is used for customer deliveries, warehouse replenishment and service.

We evaluate the following:
• Vehicle specifications and application
• Load optimization
• Driver efficiency
• Route optimization
• Cost per stop
• Customer profile and delivery requirements

It is common to find delivery systems that were put in place years ago that have never been restructured. As the client grew, the original delivery system footprint was expanded. Our goal is to eliminate unneeded assets. We "right size" the assets needed to satisfy our customer's delivery requirements at the lowest possible cost.
