It is common to find delivery systems that were put in place years ago that have never been restructured. As the client grew, the original delivery system footprint was expanded. Our goal is to eliminate unneeded assets. We “right size” the assets needed to satisfy our customer’s delivery requirements at the lowest possible cost.
